“In my field of travel writing, the description “life-changing” is bandied about loosely, but I could not be more sincere when I say this trip (February 2007 Nagaur Relief Ride) changed my life. (read more)

Dear Friends-

We have a lot of interesting and exciting news to share with you. First and foremost we would like to introduce you to our new Relief Riders International website. After 8 wonderful and colorful years, we at Relief Riders International thought it was time for a few changes that would vibrantly enhance your experience of our work. We hope you enjoy our new site, and as always please send us your feedback, we would love to hear from you!

Please look forward to our next newsletters as you will find out how we worked with UNICEF in India, learn about our plans to re-launch our powerful "Give the Gift of Sight" program for our upcoming 2012 Rajasthan Relief Rides, and how we successfully completed our 2011 rides, in the face of changing global weather patterns and its effects on our programs.

To give you ample time to organize your schedules, we are excited to announce the dates of our two Indian Relief Rides in 2012.

January 2012 Sardar Samand Relief Ride
January 25th - February 8th, 2012

February 2012 Narlai Relief Ride
February 18 - March 2, 2012

I hope all of you have a wonderful summer.

Sincerely,

Alexander Souri

"With no defined destinations, and no predisposed plans, we arrive at the precipice of our future and it is there in those precious moments that we will be shown who we truly are, what matters most and where we must go. By choosing rather than being chosen we bridge that great divide inside and move closer to full alignment with our true self"
